Sushil is a Partner in the Firm’s Delhi Office and has more than 18 years of experience at the Bar. Immediately after completing his law from the University of Delhi in the year 2001 under able guidance of renown Professors like Prof. B.B. Pande and Prof. M.P. Singh, he started his career in the chambers of eminent Senior Counsel Mr. Colin Gonsalves. His association with Mr. Gonsalves afforded him opportunities to delve deep into the areas of Constitutional and Human Rights issues. In his early years of practice of law, he also had the occasion to work with Ms. Malavika Rajkotia, one of the best known legal practitioners in the field of Matrimonial Law in Delhi.
Sushil is an Advocate-on-Record with the Supreme Court of India and regularly appears before the Supreme Court, High Court of Delhi, NCDRC, SCDRC and CAT in New Delhi. He also appears before DRT, DRAT, APTEL, CERC and DERC. During his early years of practice, he appeared in substantial number of cases before District Courts of Delhi both on Civil and Criminal sides. He specializes in the areas of Arbitration, Service Labour and Matrimonial Law, Civil & Criminal Trial.
