Ashish is a Partner in the firm and practices in the fields of Corporate Commercial Advisory & Dispute Resolution. He has educated and worked both in India and USA. He is also a Partner with SNG & Partners.

Experience

Ashish represents and advises clients in practice areas relating to Commercial Contracts and Tenders, Consumer Disputes, Environment, Real Estate among others. His participation is also actively solicited by clients in strategy discussions.

His clientele includes domestic and international clients and covers a wide range of sectors including Aviation, Real Estate & Infrastructure, Banks & Financial Institutions, Railways, State Governments and Government institutions etc. He regularly advises on various commercial documentation apart from representing clients before various judicial and quasi judicial fora. Formally, the Additional Advocate General for the Government of Rajasthan, Ashish represented and defended the interests of the State before the Supreme Court of India and High Court of Delhi. In addition to representing and advising Banks, large Indian Public Sector Undertaking’s (PSU’s), State Departments/Bodies in complex commercial transactions, Ashish also advises Japanese and American companies.

(i) Former Additional Advocate General in Supreme Court for State of Rajasthan;

(ii) Former Member: World Economic Forum’s, Global Shapers Community, New Delhi;

(iii) Special Invitee: Future Leaders Program of STS Forum, Kyoto, Japan (2017);

(iv) Led a delegation of Future Global Leaders from India to Japan on invitation of Government of Japan (2017);

(vi) Ashish has acted as counsel for the State of Himachal Pradesh in the Supreme Court of India and for power and urban development authorities of the State of Haryana in various commissions and courts.
