He has extensive experience in conducting trial’s before the City Civil & Session Court Mumbai and Metropolitan Magistrate Court’s at Mumbai and is drafts various Plaints, Writ Petitions, Written Statements, Interim Applications, Affidavit in Replies, Securitization Applications, Original Applications, Winding-up Petitions, Notices and Complaint u/s 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, Replies, Evidence Affidavits, Appeals, and Revision Applications among other drafts.
Yogesh represents and advises the Firm clients from various industries/sectors such as Shipping, Banks and Financial Institutions, Real Estate and Infrastructure, Power Oil & Gas, Automotive, Consumer Electrical among others.
He is multi-lingual and can converse in fluent English, Marathi and Hindi.
